Move Into A High-Paying Cloud Job Without Writing A Single Line Of Code

(Trusted by [X]+ professionals from BPO, support, accounting and operations who are now working in cloud and infrastructure roles)

Proof that this works, from people who made the switch.

Non-IT resumes. No coding. Real offers.

A free training for professionals who want into IT, but keep hitting a wall built out of coding, degrees and 12-month syllabi

Tick every box below where your answer is yes.

  • Every IT course I look at starts with coding, and I already know that is not where I am going to be good.
  • I have real years of work behind me, and companies are reading my resume like I have never worked a day.
  • Someone who joined the same year as me is now on 15 to 18 LPA, and I am still sitting near where I started.
  • I took a break for family, health or my own venture, and now I get filtered out before anyone even speaks to me.
  • I have already paid for certifications or a course, and none of it turned into an actual job.
  • I want one clear path with a real timeline, not another syllabus full of things I will never use at work.

If you ticked even one box above, keep reading. The next section is the part nobody told you.

IT has two tracks. You have only ever been shown one.

This single fact is why capable people decide IT is not for them.

The development track

  • Coding is the job. Java, Python, JavaScript.
  • Computer science fundamentals expected, so a B.Tech or MCA is a real advantage.
  • Every engineering graduate in the country is applying here.
  • The part AI is getting good at first.

Crowded. Degree-gated. This is the wall you keep hitting.

The infrastructure track

  • Cloud Admin, DevOps Engineer, Oracle DBA, Cloud Architect, Site Reliability Engineer.
  • No coding required. You need a cloud platform, Linux and troubleshooting.
  • Background does not gate you. B.Com, BA, BBA, support and operations all qualify.
  • AI can write code. It cannot run a live production environment, because every company's setup is different and the calls are made in real time.

Open. Undersupplied. Pays more than the track everyone is fighting over.

When a server goes down at 2am, nobody calls a developer. They call the infrastructure engineer. That is why this side pays what it pays, and why it stays short of people.

Getting in takes three things, not three hundred

A coaching centre will sell you 400 commands, 10 certifications and a 12-month course. Here is what the job actually asks for.

1

The Linux commands that carry the work

Around 40 commands and frameworks handle the overwhelming majority of real project problems. The rest is classroom material you will almost never touch on the job.

6 to 8 weeks
2

One cloud platform certification

One foundational cloud certification and one Linux administration certification. Two, not ten. Choose a platform and go deep instead of collecting badges.

2 to 3 months
3

One documented real project

This is where most people fail. Certification on the resume, zero evidence they have touched a live environment. Set up your own cloud environment, deliver real infrastructure projects, document them into a portfolio a hiring manager can actually read.

4 to 6 weeks

Total: four to six months. And the part nobody mentions, roughly a third of the job is coordination, incident tracking, process and stakeholder communication. If you came from operations, support or client-facing work, you have already been doing that for years. Freshers have not.

Who this training is for

It is not for everyone, and that is exactly why it works.

  • Non-IT graduates from B.Com, BA, BBA and similar streams
  • BPO, backend support and desktop support professionals who already handle systems and tickets
  • Experienced professionals returning after a career break
  • Mid-career people whose salary has stopped moving
  • Anyone who has been told they need to learn coding to work in IT

Upendra Roy

  • 20 years in cloud and Linux infrastructure
  • Senior consultant, including work on US-based projects
  • Mentor to professionals now placed across Indian IT services and product companies

I have spent two decades on the infrastructure side of IT. Building it, running it, fixing it at odd hours, and sitting on the hiring side of the table often enough to know exactly what gets a resume through and what gets it binned.

What I kept seeing was the same waste. Capable people with genuine work experience being told the only door into IT runs through coding, then spending a year and a large fee proving to themselves that it does not suit them. They walk away thinking they failed. They did not. They were pointed at the wrong track.

So I teach the other one. Not a syllabus, a route. The specific skills the work actually needs, the two certifications that carry weight, and the project evidence that turns a certificate into an interview call.

The part I care most about is positioning. Your previous experience is not a gap to apologise for. Handled correctly it is the reason you beat a fresher for the role.

Why I am doing this

Upendra Roy

Last month a man got on a call with me. Thirty-eight. Twelve years at a top consulting firm, senior manager. He left his job to care for his mother through a serious illness. Two years later, situation stable, he started applying again.

The offers coming back were forty percent below what he used to earn. Most companies were filtering him out before the first conversation, because of the gap. He asked me a question I have now heard too many times to count. Why does twelve years of experience suddenly count for nothing?

The honest answer is that the traditional job market is broken for experienced people with a break on the resume. HR filters reject on the gap. Recruiters avoid risk. Continuous employment gets read as a safety signal.

But that filter does not work the same way on the infrastructure side. Cloud interviews are scenario-based. You get handed a real production incident and you troubleshoot it live. In forty-five minutes it is clear whether you can do the work. The gap column on your resume does not enter the conversation.

And your old experience becomes leverage instead of dead weight. Someone who has managed stakeholders and handled escalations for a decade is a stronger candidate for a senior cloud role than a pure coder, because those roles need judgment, and judgment comes from years.

Nobody should have to start from zero at thirty-eight because the industry only showed them one door.

Every one of these started the same way

A non-IT resume, and a decision to look at the other track.

I had a great learning experience at SHA Infotech Solution Pvt Ltd. Coming from a Mechanical Engineering background and working as a Customer Support Associate for almost 7 years, switching to Oracle DBA felt challenging. But the trainers made the journey much easier. Sanjay Sir explained SQL and Linux in a very simple way, which helped me build a strong foundation. Saroj Sir's Oracle DBA sessions were excellent—he always made sure everyone understood the concepts before moving ahead. Anish Sir and Dhiraj Sir helped a lot with PT sessions and mock interviews, which really improved my confidence and interview skills. A special thanks to Upendra Sir for guiding me throughout my career transition and helping me make the right decisions.

It was an excellent learning experience studying OCI Cloud under such an experienced and knowledgeable trainer, Darsh Sir. The sessions were well-structured, starting from fundamental concepts and gradually progressing to intermediate and advanced topics, making it easy to follow and build a strong foundation. What stood out the most was the use of real-world examples, which made complex topics much more practical and engaging. Concepts like 3-tier architecture, hub-and-spoke networking, security, and automation using Terraform were explained with great clarity. Overall, a highly insightful and enriching training experience. Highly recommended—5 stars.

I thoroughly enjoyed the OCI course. The content was well-structured and covered all essential topics in detail. The instructor explanations were clear, and real-world examples helped make complex concepts easier to understand. I especially appreciated the hands-on labs and practical exercises, which allowed me to apply what I learned immediately. This course has greatly enhanced my understanding of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, and I feel much more confident in using it moving forward. Highly recommended! Thank you Darsh, Ayushi and Upendra sir.

Hi All, I, Imran Ahmed, having worked across Indian and UK as Telecom Engineer, wanted to change my career and hence decided to move into IT. I came to Kolkata with having on 2.5 months of time to learn Oracle Database Administration. I visited couple of training Institutes looked at their infrastructure and teachers but when I came to OracleStartup (Training division of SHA INFOTECH) and met Mr. Asim Bhowmick who took time to listen to my issue and introduced me to Mr Nikhil who asserted that He would give time to my learning but in return I need to work hard. I was captivated with the time at initial meeting and precision of the training and hence decided to learn Oracle with OracleStartup. It proved to be a wise decision when I turn around and look now; I was given EVERYDAY CLASS for 4-5 hours almost 7 days in a week unlike other institute which only offered weekend class. This was done keeping in mind my requirement of learning Oracle within 2.5 month even though being a complete novice in core IT. Consultant and Nikhil Sir, not only gave us time but also their passion and dedication towards us so that we can master Oracle. Repeated question does not frustrate them but they take it in their stride and answer them. No training institute in Kolkata would also prepare you for interview which they does. Regular job based and scenario-based interview in real life was conducted by people who are working across many IT company as DBA. This instills the real-life question and confidence for people like me who have no idea about IT. I started learning in from middle of October and by the end of December I am now confident that I am applying for jobs from 3-5 years experience here in Canada and UK as DBA. Even now while writing and being abroad we have classes with Sir, so that we don't forget, and they are pushing us and motivating us for job. Under their guidance we are now able to spread out wings and look beyond the horizon and feel yes we are capable of answering all the questions along with doing DBA activity. None of the training institute would put so much effort into a student learning. I used to feel at home while learning. Many institutes would close their door for people who have left but Sir is still giving us revision class even when we thousands of miles away. At last: Thank you team of SHA for all help and your passion about teaching and that to such a advance Technology along with Oracle Live practice session with the consultant working as a DBA for more than 15 years or so. Thanks Imran Ahmed (3rd Line Technical Support) Huawei
